Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including with DevOps
- 5+ years of experience with Bash or Python scripting
- 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- 5+ years of experience with AWS services and Cloud-native architecture patterns, including ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, SageMaker, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM policies, security groups, and network security
- 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, including AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- 3+ years of experience with containerization and container orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
- Experience with security scanning tools and DevSecOps practices, including SonarQube or Snyk
- Experience with DevOps monitoring, logging, and alerting, including CloudWatch or Prometheus
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Support clients as they modernize their IT infrastructures
- Work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions
- Establish or provision virtual machines or networks to further clients’ meaningful missions
- Help develop, deploy, or manage IT infrastructures for crucial server and network components
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation
- 3+ years of experience with disaster recovery
- Experience with serverless architecture, including API Gateway
- Experience in full-stack web development, including React or Node.js
- Experience with system design, including scalability and reliability
- Knowledge of container security and runtime protection
- Knowledge of security best practices, compliance requirements, compliance automation, and continuous monitoring
- AWS Certification, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certification
- IAT Level II or IAT Level III Certification, including Security+ or CISSP Certification
