Requirements
- Experience in deal development and can manage & lead a deal process end-to-end.
- Strong executive-level communication skills.
- Broad knowledge of the payments industry and interest and knowledge of the latest trends in digital payments, crypto/blockchain, gaming/metaverse and open banking.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree a plus.
Responsibilities
- Be key team member responsible for one or more of Mastercard’s global partnerships with leading technology companies.
- Lead the day-to-day customer relationship including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Help drive Mastercard’s go-to-market strategy with your partners across all Mastercard products and services.
- Identify new opportunities to expand our partnerships and evaluate and assess impact of these potential opportunities.
- Co-innovate with partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams.
- Help represent your customers’ and the market perspective internally at Mastercard.
- Help lead all aspects of customer engagement and proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal development (including business case development, commercial terms structuring, negotiations, and legal contracting) in close collaboration with key business partners (e.g., finance, legal, product, engineering) and regional teams.

- You have a passion for understanding how products, tools and solutions work. While you might not be an engineer, you’re endlessly curious as to how solutions function.
- Given the scope of your work, exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- You’re a data-driven, strategic thinker with financial acumen; and a deep curiosity that inspires you to deep dive on complex topics and unstructured problems to deliver creative solutions.
