Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, plus a minimum of 2+ years of directly relevant experience preferred
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to develop, modify, and document structured processes
- Ability for cross-functional collaboration to obtain optimal outcomes
- Ownership mindset, seeing assignments through to completion
- Capable to work under and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within the segment and across Trimble on best practices for reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Well-organized, self-directed team player, always willing to adapt and learn
Responsibilities
- Drive analytics for all divisions within Field Systems, focusing on ARR metrics such as renewals, net retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, contracted value, deferred revenue, and revenue forecasting.
- Field Systems OPEX: oversee segment costs allocations to divisions, specifically for marcom and R&D expenses and administrative supporting functions
- Provide in-sector (TAP, Geospatial, Civil) analysis and support where needed within ARR, margin and OPEX
- Facilitate the transition to a new FP&A tool (Adaptive) in collaboration with the program manager.
- QBR preparation: aggregate and maintain rigor and pacing of completion of slides and standard tables by Sector Controllers
- LRP: provide file/consolidation support as long range plans are being developed
- Consult and collaborate on subscription bundles, software pricing, and related issues, having exposure to the full P&L statement of the sector’s divisions
Preferred Qualifications
