Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, High School (HS) (Required)
  • General Experience – 7 to 12 months
  • Fundamental presentation design principles, methods, and practices
  • Fundamental presentation techniques, including design and layout
  • Features and capabilities of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication concepts, methods, and techniques
  • Producing creative work within an established organizational style and attention to detail
  • Designing and producing presentation graphics materials using computer-based methods
  • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications

Responsibilities

  • Makes contributions to the themes, ideas, and methods used in creating and producing PowerPoint Presentations, related assets, and pitch materials.
  • Under limited supervision, delivers design solutions that show initiative yet reflect provided direction.
  • Under limited supervision, consults with internal customers regarding design and associated costs.
  • Designs, and prepares graphics used in PowerPoint Presentations and pitch materials.
  • Makes contributions to graphics production activities and is accountable for quality assurance.
  • With direction, researches and selects graphic design ideas.
  • Ability to perform quality control review for own work and work produced by teammates.
  • Ensures that the file management system is maintained.
  • Remains current in presentation design trends and technologies.
  • Ability to quickly determine priorities in a self-directed work environment so that both creative and operational responsibilities are met.
  • Manages deadlines through communication.
  • Works under the guidance of a presentation specialist to grow skills and experience necessary to become a self-sufficient member of the Presentation Design team.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
