Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in a STEM related field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with 6 years of related experience
- 1+ year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
- 1+ year of experience developing requirements or verification using DOORS and/or Cameo
- Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
Responsibilities
- Balance both the overall functional oversight and management of a Systems Engineering group of up to 15 engineers while maintaining a technical baseline of performance on program work
- Spend ~20% of their time on functional/organizational support and ~80% of their time on a mix of technical program work from his/her current or future tasking
- Involve organizational administrative activities and helping employees’ performance and career development through guidance and training
- Support one or more teams within MWSE and/or AVSI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) from an accredited university with 6 years of experience, or 4 years of experience with a Master’s degree
- Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of the Systems Engineering and Integration and Test processes on the Sentinel Program
- 3+ years of experience developing requirements or verification using DOORS and/or Cameo
- 2+ years experience leading teams in a functional, programmatic or technical capacity
- Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
