Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in market research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in market research tools and software
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of market research methodologies and consumer insights
- Strong knowledge of brand evaluation and effectiveness measures

Responsibilities
- Key contributor to the development and expansion of Brand Health
- Deliver exceptional outcomes, achieving short- and long-term revenue goals
- Act as a subject matter expert within Brand Tracking
- Lead and mentor a team of market research professionals
- Develop and implement comprehensive market research strategies
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
- Identify and analyze consumer trends, behaviors, and preferences
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of insights
- Manage relationships with external research vendors and partners
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Identify, explore, and implement cutting-edge techniques in the insights field
