Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in professional software development, ideally in building and scaling enterprise solutions.
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or similar technology.
- Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience envisioning and delivering an effectively zero to one product to enterprise customers.
- A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of technologies with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages.
- Ideal candidate will have previously been the first technical lead at an early stage high growth startup, with an emphasis on owning a project from conception to deployment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline).
Responsibilities
- Drive the full technical execution of our enterprise services roadmap, aligning engineering initiatives with strategic business priorities and customer outcomes.
- Lead the entire lifecycle of our agentic enterprise solutions, from initial concept through launch, by establishing measurable milestones and ensuring strong product-market fit.
- Architect and implement robust automation flows and API integrations that elevate functionality and user experience, while upholding high standards for security, privacy, and performance.
- Explore and integrate emerging AI technologies that enhance the intelligence and adaptability of our agentic platform.
- Clearly articulate technical vision, trade-offs, and project progress to executive stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and non-technical audiences.
- Build and lead a world-class engineering team, mentoring individuals and fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and hands-on execution.
- Champion seamless collaboration and open communication across departments to ensure cohesive product development.
