Responsibilities
- Be the architect of an unforgettable candidate journey, from scheduling phone and video calls to organizing seamless onsite and virtual interviews.
- Build strong relationships with our candidates and team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and confidential when needed.
- Partner with recruiters to bring creative ideas to life, from improving processes to launching fun, innovative talent acquisition programs.
- Own the interview experience—track and optimize every interaction, acting as the go-to point of contact for candidates.
- Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
