Requirements

• 4+ years experience in fraud, finance, or other professional operations environment
• 2+ years of operational leadership experience leading teams of 10 employees or greater
• Google suite intermediate proficiency (sheets, docs, gmail, calendar)
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to motivate a team, set and achieve targets, and manage career growth and team performance
• Ability to evaluate team activities for measurable impact

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of your team of 15+ Analysts
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members
• Manage project deadlines and ensure operational efficiency
• Facilitate collaboration by promoting knowledge-sharing and training sessions
• Ensure project deadlines are met and deliver quality insights and trends to S&O partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Google suite advanced proficiency (sheets, docs, gmail, calendar)
• Investigations experience (fraud, insurance, law enforcement)
• Basic+ proficiency in data query language (SQL, macros, etc.)
• Dasher Knowledge
