Requirements
- 1+ years in a Desktop Support, IT Technician, or Help Desk role
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
- Basic networking and peripheral troubleshooting skills
- Clear communicator, especially with remote/international teams
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for IT best practices and data security
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support via ticketing system, chat, or in person
- Configure and deploy laptops, monitors, VoIP phones, and software for new hires
- Execute offboarding tasks (device recovery, account deactivation, access removal)
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac hardware/software issues
- Support remote and international users with time zone awareness
- Track and manage inventory of IT assets
- Perform basic user account management and password resets
- Support IT security (encryption, updates, compliance monitoring)
- Train users on IT tools and best practices
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Participate in IT projects and cross-functional rollouts
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, SaaS apps, and user directories like Okta or Azure AD (preferred)
