Requirements

  • Experience with social ad serving and paid campaign management: Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Reddit; campaign set-up, targeting configuration, performance optimization, goal understanding, tracking tags, and complex delivery QA
  • Excellent communication skills both externally (with clients) and internally

Responsibilities

  • Partner with client-facing colleagues to secure campaign assets and answer questions around ad specifications, best practices, and platform capabilities.
  • Send reminders for upcoming campaigns and secure approval before launch.
  • Configure campaign details using social advertising platforms: time frame, ad formats, targeting, budget, and more.
  • Upload, test and schedule ad creative, ensuring timely start and full delivery of all contracted campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring successful balance between campaign performance and profit yield within desired margins.
  • Raise concerns to leadership as appropriate
  • Be fast and accurate at scale across a large array of clients
  • Investigate issues (ad rejections, delivery hindrances, technical issues, etc.) within platforms and follow up with clients, agencies, and internal parties and to provide resolutions to these issues.
  • Ensure Account Managers and Clients are well informed with current campaign data as it relates to creative in hand/outstanding, client requests and campaign level priorities. Communicate updates using appropriate business channels, including those that impact revenue delivery via CRM.
  • Seek opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall product execution.
  • Support client-facing colleagues to maintain positive publisher-client relationships and support excellent customer service.
  • Assist Social Campaign manager with monthly revenue reconciliation tasks, as instructed.
