Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a media or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and responsibly in a fast-paced news environment. Needs to be self-starter.
- Familiarity with A/V production processes and digital media tools.
- Proficiency in Airtable and other project management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all A/V campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Work closely with the Project Managers for Design and Growth to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration across teams.
- Partner with creative directors and writer/producers to support the development and execution of creative A/V content for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve future initiatives, leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance outcomes.
- Serve as backup for Marketing/Project Managers during their absences. Utilize internal system for booking post-production resources as needed. Assign projects to Designers.
- Proactively prepare for upcoming projects, schedule kick off calls with all essential employees while effectively accommodating all last-minute deadlines and quick turn projects ensuring on time and on budget delivery.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency or post house experience a plus.
