Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred), or proven exceptional ability.
• 5+ years in operations management, quality control, or process improvement, ideally in AI.
• Experience managing large teams (30+ members) with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Knowledge of AI training workflows, data annotation, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in quality management tools, data analysis platforms, and project management software.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar for data analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical tools like Tableau or Power BI and quality frameworks.
• Strategic Thinking: Identify growth opportunities and adapt to evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized workflows and guidelines for AI data annotation and labeling tasks, ensuring consistency across projects and teams.
• Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to define quality expectations, manage quality across projects, and present metrics and insights to foster transparency.
• Mentor teams on quality standards, work closely with project leads to optimize workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to innovate tools for data quality enhancement.
• Identify process optimization opportunities, drive strategic initiatives aligning with AI training needs, and oversee team performance to exceed KPIs.
• Develop strategies for organizational growth and profitability while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
