Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred), or proven exceptional ability.
- 5+ years in operations management, quality control, or process improvement, ideally in AI.
- Experience managing large teams (30+ members) with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
- Knowledge of AI training workflows, data annotation, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in quality management tools, data analysis platforms, and project management software.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar for data analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical tools like Tableau or Power BI and quality frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Identify growth opportunities and adapt to evolving needs.
- Communication Skills: Clearly present complex information.
- Leadership Abilities: Lead and mentor diverse teams towards excellence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized workflows and guidelines for AI data annotation and labeling tasks, ensuring consistency across projects and teams.
- Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to define quality expectations, manage quality across projects, and present metrics and insights to foster transparency.
- Mentor teams on quality standards, work closely with project leads to optimize workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to innovate tools for data quality enhancement.
- Identify process optimization opportunities, drive strategic initiatives aligning with AI training needs, and oversee team performance to exceed KPIs.
- Develop strategies for organizational growth and profitability while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
