Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the global marketing strategic plan.
  • Assist in the management and development of corporate branding initiatives including enterprise, segment, brand positioning and alignment in the portfolio.
  • Lead and evolve company-wide brand governance systems, including brand guidelines, naming conventions, and trademark strategy.
  • Maintain and optimize the brand architecture to ensure clarity, simplicity, and flexibility for future growth.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop compelling brand positioning and customer-centric value propositions that reinforce a strong, consistent and recognizable global presence.
  • Manage brand performance metrics and measurement frameworks and assessments.
  • Understand key performance metrics and leverage insights to deliver business results.
  • Influence internal stakeholders to drive alignment between BU initiatives and corporate initiatives.
  • Develop robust brand governance plan to ensure global brand consistency.
  • Assist and help manage a product, service and initiative naming strategy to create a unified, scalable and customer-relevant brand ecosystem.
  • Ensure the Carrier web properties accurately portray the Carrier brand.
  • Guide functional program managers on effective and impactful marketing mix.
  • Partner with global business marketing and communications managers to ensure integration with regional marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Manage brand standards and advise on branding for 35+ brands.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for functional partners.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • MBA or master’s degree with an emphasis in marketing
  • Recent experience in a Fortune 500 global company
  • Expertise in brand portfolio strategy and architecture, brand governance and brand positioning strategy
  • Proven experience in product naming strategy and branding consistency across multi-brand portfolio
  • Experience in driving brand transformation initiatives within medium-large, matrixed organizations
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy to senior executives and cross-functional teams. Excellent at presenting findings to a diverse audience
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in brand performance measurement and optimization
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality in all tasks and deliverables
