Requirements
- 15+ Years of Leadership Experience: Extensive experience (15+ years) in Salesforce architecture and program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and complex cross-functional initiatives both within and outside of Salesforce.
- Greenfield Implementation Expertise: Knowledge and experience in leading greenfield implementations, building scalable systems, processes, and integrations from the ground up in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs) and a deep understanding of CRM processes, including Sales, Marketing, and Service environments.
- Cross-Disciplinary Program Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex programs beyond Salesforce, with experience in managing teams across diverse disciplines (e.g., product development, engineering, operations).
- Integration & Automation Skills: Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging iPaaS tools, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency across departments.
- Strategic Vision & Business Acumen: Ability to think strategically, balancing technical execution with business outcomes, and capable of driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals.
- Clear Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business.
Responsibilities
- Design Scalable Salesforce Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions like Marketing Automation, CDP, Service Cloud, etc that scale with the growth of our ride-hailing robotics company, ensuring alignment with our long-term business strategy.
- Manage Complex Integrations: Oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems, ride-hailing platforms, and external third-party services.
- Set Development Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines across Salesforce projects to ensure high-quality and efficient execution.
- Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary programs that span beyond Salesforce, working with teams in product development, engineering, operations, and customer experience to drive business transformation.
- Optimize Platform & Business Performance: Continuously monitor and enhance Salesforce performance while also identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems across the organization.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce and other integrated systems meet security, compliance, and data governance standards, particularly in an industry dealing with autonomous vehicles and sensitive data.
- Scale Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives aimed at scaling operations effectively, introducing automation and process improvements across various departments to support the growth of the company.
- Champion Innovation & Transformation: Stay ahead of industry trends in both Salesforce and autonomous technology, bringing forward-thinking solutions to the organization and driving transformative change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess a solid understanding of the ARIBA systems landscape and procurement processes
- Prior experience developing and maintaining seamless integrations between SAP and third-party systems, encompassing CRM platforms, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications
- Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in SAP technology, proactively identifying opportunities for process refinement and system enhancements
