Requirements
- Associates in Nursing
- Bachelors in Nursing within 5 years
- MI Registered Nurse (RN)
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the strategies and services required to meet a patient/family’s end-of-life care needs
- Utilize the nursing process, relationship centered care principles and holistic philosophy to create and adjust an outcome-based plan of care
- Assess, monitor, detect, plan and take appropriate action to prevent physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant experience of acute care, emergency, or rehab facility experience
