- Ability to build dashboards and run SQL

Responsibilities
- Lead a 30-50-person phone-based support team
- Guarantee 100% first-shift contact by designing processes and staffing models
- Integrate new product features into daily workflows
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage agents and supervisors
- Run daily operating cadences to maintain high execution standards
