Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule
- Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performance while adhering to your work schedule
- Able to navigate multiple computer programs at one time
- Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in your home; Allstate will provide all the equipment
- HS Diploma or GED is required
Responsibilities
- Calling, presenting, and selling Insurance products across an array of carriers
- Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services
- Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products
- Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
- Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
- Providing a positive customer experience
