Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within sports, entertainment, or large-scale events.
- Strong understanding of Olympic marketing guidelines, sponsorship activation, and global event branding is a plus.
- Expertise in digital marketing, paid media, content strategy, and experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of developing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of consumer behaviors across key passion points, including sports, culture, entertainment, and travel.
- Knowledge of b2b digital strategies, targeting, funnel and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies that align with both On Location’s core business and Olympic-specific objectives.
- Identify market trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning to develop the brand strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with Marketing, Organic Social, Creative Services, Product, Ticket Sales, Ticket Ops and Technology teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including rights holders, brand partners, and media agencies.
- Act as a central point of contact between Marketing Core and Olympics teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives and learnings.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid social, paid search, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Construct accurate forecasts based on budgets, company goals, and trending performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Analyze performance drivers at a granular level, surfacing actionable insights to improve campaign performance regularly.
- Ensure marketing assets and promotional materials reflect the brand’s tone, voice, and positioning.
- Drive ticketing and hospitality package sales through targeted paid digital marketing efforts.
- Optimize paid media strategies to increase conversions and ROI.
- Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Leverage data-driven insights to track campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Monitor KPIs such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and brand sentiment across different channels.
- Provide leadership with regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Support the development of Olympic-specific marketing programs, ensuring compliance with sponsorship and licensing guidelines.
- Lead storytelling and engagement strategies that capture the excitement and prestige of the Olympic Games.
- Work closely with rights holders and event partners to activate sponsorships, hospitality experiences, and fan engagement initiatives.
