Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Deliver store remodels, ensuring they are done on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
- Collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track.
- Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects.
- Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members, including evaluating talent and providing recognition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Business or related field.
- 1 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Project Management – Management Professional Certification.
