Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managed care or health plans.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Excel and analytical software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to fostering team collaboration and managing dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key client team members and present project results to clients and managed care entities.
  • Oversee project management for government-sponsored health and welfare programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Client Manager to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while developing essential project documents.
  • Coordinate multiple project sub-teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and financial information for complex state-managed pharmacy projects, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and actuarial standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting experience and a Master’s degree in business administration, health policy, public policy, or a related field.
  • Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and pharmacy reimbursement or 340B drug pricing.
  • Proficiency in SAS (Statistical Analysis System) statistical software suite.
