Senior Operator I

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Work Hours: 2nd Shift: Wednesday – Saturday: 2:30 PM EST – 12:30 AM EST

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of repetitive, manual assembly operations to exacting standards
• Completing the batch records and associated documentation
• Operating manufacturing equipment that may require performing visual and dimensional inspection of products, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining consumable tooling in equipment
• Monitoring, evaluating, and adjusting manufacturing equipment to improve quality and efficiency
• Working in a coordinated, computerized manufacturing environment
• Performing tasks per applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate processing standards and ensuring tasks are completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements
• May participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to improve program quality, cost, and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience is highly preferred
