Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 5 years of analytical and trending skills.
Responsibilities
- Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks
- Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines
- Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance
- Actively support program EAC (Estimate-at-Completion) reviews and Monthly Program Review preparation activities
- Facilitate monthly data reconciliation as part of compiling compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager that will be provided to the external customer
- Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Review)
- Exercise strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Earned Value experience and analytical problem-solving skills with knowledge of specific program management tools (i.e. SAP, Dassian, eCSVAR, EV Toolbox, wInsight, Primavera, WebEVM, and Empower)
- General understanding of and openness to continuous improvement principles
- Demonstrated effectiveness working across functions, organizations, and various levels of management with strong written and oral communication skills, as well as professional demeanor
- Comfortable executing under pressure in a dynamic environment with the ability to focus on results to drive tasks to completion.
