Requirements
- 10+ years in technology project management
- Strong experience in Planisware (Enterprise/Orchestra), data migration, and MS Project
- Solid grasp of portfolio processes: planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting
- Expertise in Planisware architecture, admin console, and user configuration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle Planisware projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and gather requirements
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure goal alignment
- Configure and troubleshoot Planisware setups, dashboards, and reports
- Promote continuous improvement of Planisware usage across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with L1 attributes, user workflows, alerts, DMRs
- Certifications: Planisware, PMP, Prince2
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
