Responsibilities
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
- Facilitate IPEC framework adoption and delivery process alignment
- Conduct maturity assessments and develop coaching plans
- Partner with leadership to ensure strategic alignment and performance tracking
- Support tool setup in Jira, Confluence & ServiceNow PPM
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Agile certification
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
