Requirements
- Ability to handle returns and organize merchandise
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Ability to provide member service and assist with purchasing decisions
- Ability to resolve member issues and concerns
- Ability to assist with transactions utilizing self-checkout area
- Ability to observe and communicate potential criminal activity
- Ability to train new associates on company processes and procedures
- Ability to adapt to change and learn from feedback
Responsibilities
- Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide member service by maintaining exit areas and assisting with purchasing decisions
- Resolve member issues and concerns at self-checkout area
- Assist with securing and safeguarding company assets
- Train Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with others and adapting to change
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register)
- Experience working with mobile retail applications
