Requirements
- Customer service, phone, or financial services experience
- Banking, insurance, or financial experience
- Ability to learn and obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful
Responsibilities
- Have rewarding interactions with clients
- Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships
- Offer support to Fidelity’s most valuable clients daily
- Identify leads and make effective introductions
- Be a technology champion for the branch
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP or degree is helpful
