Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing program execution, and campaign coordination.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional manner across teams and departments.
- Experience in demand generation campaigns, working alongside content marketing and marketing operations teams.
- Familiarity with marketing partnerships and the ability to submit proof of partnerships and compliance with budget allocations.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Asana, Workday, ClickUp, Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to track budgets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee project execution bringing stakeholders together, and holding contributors accountable to drive projects to successful, on-time completion.
- Work cross-functionally with content marketing, marketing operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of demand generation campaigns.
- Manage the MDF (market development funds) portion of our AWS partnership, including expense tracking, the submittal of proof of execution (POE) and ensuring compliance with budget allocation requirements.
- Track and manage marketing budgets, acquire necessary content, and integrate content into campaigns.
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Workday, and ClickUp to organize tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability.
- Leverage communication and productivity tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office for efficient collaboration.
- Coordinate and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across marketing initiatives.
