Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Preferred emphasis on selling into healthcare channels (independent reference lab and pharmacy experience is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Realize and exceed net new annual sales quota
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel
- Effectively develop internal Cardinal Health and external referral networks
- Generate and deliver custom presentations and solutions based on target value proposition
- Facilitate implementation process with Operations team
- Coordinate with account management team to ensure successful customer ramp up
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of strong negotiation skills and closing net new B2B business
- Demonstrated networking and matrix leadership abilities
- Experience developing and executing on a self-developed new business territory strategy
- Excellent planning, forecasting, pipeline development and management acumen
- Skilled in positively influencing others, while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration and partnership
- History of personal development and coachability
