- Experience owning paid user acquisition across digital, social, local, and marketplace channels, continuously testing new opportunities.
- A strong ability to connect data-driven insights to big-picture strategies, balancing performance metrics with creative excellence.
- Analytical expertise in campaign performance, trend identification, and optimization.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Enthusiasm for innovation, industry trends, and leveraging new tools for growth.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to purpose-driven wellness.
- Experience in P&L management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across all channels, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
- Own pricing, promotion, and marketing spend strategies, leveraging data analytics to identify trends and maximize ROI.
- Define and track KPIs, providing regular performance insights to leadership.
- Implement a multi touch attribution model followed by a media mix model for accurate marketing measurement.
- Lead web presence strategy, in partnership with content and product marketing, including SEO and site optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth team.
- Optimize marketing operations, systems, and workflows.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for demand generation.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously testing new campaigns, channels and creative approaches.
- Communicate strategic insights and recommendations to executives.
