Requirements
- Master’s degree relevant to transformation; 1+ year of relevant work experience in topic preferred
- Or Bachelor’s degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in transformation
- Fluency in English
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Will not require employer sponsorship to work legally in the United States of America
Responsibilities
- Work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets
- Contribute on cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights
- Help case teams create strong impact for the client
- Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector in conjunction with business leaders
- Contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on topic/sector expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant work experience in topic preferred
