- 4-year degree preferred with 2+ years office/reception experience
- Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude
- Professional appearance; voice and interaction with customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to prioritize work flow and projects; work in a deadline environment and be flexible
- Detail oriented
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work as a Team Member
Responsibilities
- Administration of inter-office mail and employee mailboxes
- Receive, open, sort, distribute incoming mail
- Prep, meter outgoing mail
- Order receipt, fulfillment, and inventory of office supplies
- Order and maintain inventory of kitchenette & beverage supplies
- Document Management support
- Generate cover pages/submit documents to broker/dealer for imaging
- Log, archive, and retrieve documents
- Maintain incoming receipt log and expense reports
- Account maintenance
- Scheduling
- Establish new client accounts into CRM database
- Networking direct business accounts
- Generate, merge, and mail client welcome letters
- Support administration of the process exchanging data between Portfolio Accounting and CRM databases
- Support New Business Processing as needed
- Other data entry, project and administrative support as needed
