Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a hospitality/retail industry
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, hiring regulations, and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidate relations and team collaboration.
  • Attention to detail for maintaining documentation and compliance accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent aligned with business needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Partner with Area and General Managers to update job descriptions, candidate qualifications, and hiring goals.
  • Utilize Paylocity as the ATS systems to track applicants and streamline hiring workflows.
  • Assist with employee recordkeeping, ensuring accurate documentation of hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Support new hire paperwork, and compliance-related employment forms.
  • Maintain PR databases, ensuring all personnel files are up to date.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on process improvements and workforce planning strategies.
  • Assist in supporting payroll deadlines from field and compliance audits related to labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records.
