Responsibilities
- Chart retrieval from all patient care areas, reconciliation, and follow-up of missing documentation
- Prepping, scanning, indexing, and quality control validation of all medical records
- Performs data entry functions by hand-keying electronic information into various data systems to maintain updated information for future use and analysis
- Updates spreadsheets and data systems with updated content to maintain accurate information
- Exemplify caring and compassionate customer service to create an excellent patient experience
