Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a large, complex task order or a group of task orders
- Experience planning, directing, and coordinating administrative activities, program control, and supervision of personnel
- Experience in requirements definition, work planning, budget control, and communications with program officials such as the COTR and COR
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience as an individual consultant or a team lead
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities

- Work closely with clients to build software
- Support the Agile development of a project roadmap
- Establish project milestones
- Implement metrics to track progress
