Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in privacy compliance.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of consent management platforms (for cookies and communication consent), like OneTrust, Google Tag Manager, and integrating privacy requirements.
  • Strong experience with implementing and maintaining cookie banners across several domains.
  • In-depth experience with automating DSAR, ROPA, and privacy assessment processes with privacy tooling.
  • In-depth experience with ISO27701, GDPR, CCPA and other US State Privacy Laws.
  • General experience with DPF and global privacy laws.
  • Experience with conducting privacy impact assessments and risk assessments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to balance privacy requirements with business needs.
  • Experience with role-based privacy training.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Airtable’s cookie compliance program, including its cookie banner and categorization of cookies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as marketing, sales, revops, engineering, and legal teams to implement privacy by design principles in various Airtable processes.
  • Conduct and refresh data mapping and inventory (ROPA) to ensure proper handling of personal data across business systems.
  • Conduct privacy assessments (including privacy impact assessments and legitimate interest assessments) for new and existing processes, ensuring privacy controls are in place where applicable (e.g., notice a point of data collection, etc.).
  • Respond, manage, and enhance data subject access requests in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain privacy processes that comply with ISO27701.
  • Enhance and maintain privacy controls framework mapped to ISO27701 and Airtable in-scope privacy laws.
  • Perform gap assessments and translate into technical requirements for existing and upcoming privacy laws and regulations.
