Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with interest in developing business partnership capabilities
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required, with experience in financial modeling
Responsibilities
- Key member of a global Product & Sourcing FP&A team
- Key business partner to Global Supply Chain leadership
- Partner with Supply Chain teams and cross-functional colleagues to support both standard reporting and ongoing scenario analyses to enable informed decision-making while managing rapidly evolving landscape
- Create analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business
- Support standard weekly meetings across a variety of partner functions and levels of seniority
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation or process improvement
- Ad hoc analytics and other duties, including special projects, as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis preferred, ideally in consumer products or manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
