Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and identify trends or improvement areas
- Support strategic initiatives by modeling financial impacts of process changes
- Serve as a key business partner to operations leaders, offering financial insights and recommendations
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and operational metrics
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and increase automation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices in financial operations
