Requirements

  • Security clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years
  • Strategic documentation support: Ability to support senior customer managers with the capture and documentation of strategy development and production of briefing materials for senior leadership
  • Communication and coordination: Ability to support communication efforts, drafting emails, meeting notes, etc. with various stakeholders to ensure coordination and information flow
  • Compliance briefing preparation: Ability to capture data and integrate it into presentations for compliance review board briefings
  • Strategic presentation development: Experience in capturing information and building strategic presentations and documentation
  • Programmatic support: Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, maintaining configuration management, and supporting Front Office systems and processes
  • Meeting planning: Ability to support planning, meeting organization, and drafting meeting agendas
  • Leadership engagement: Ability to collect and assemble office-wide input for recurring meetings with senior leadership
  • Event planning: Ability to support planning for events such as quarterly all-hands meetings, offsites, and technical exchange meetings
  • Tool proficiency: Proficient user of Confluence, SharePoint, and Hive

  • Track requirements: Maintain and manage requirements tracking
  • Develop efficiency frameworks: Create frameworks for mission efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer familiarity: Prior customer experience across the organization
  • Executive support experience: Experience supporting senior level management
  • Cross-organizational collaboration: Experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals
