Requirements
- Expertise in Medical and Legal Documentation: Strong skills in analyzing medical records, bills, and related documents that are used in a personal injury claim. An understanding of how medical evidence supports personal injury claims.
- Experience in Medical Analysis: A background of 2+ years in personal injury, nursing, counseling, and/or a related medical/legal field, with significant experience in preparing medical chronologies used for personal injury claims.
- Comprehensive Understanding of Personal Injury Law: An understanding of how medical information is utilized in personal injury law across various states.
- Attention to Detail: An unwavering attention to detail in analyzing and presenting information.
- Strong Writing and Articulation: Proficient in writing, spelling, and possessing excellent grammar skills.

Responsibilities
- Draft Comprehensive Personal Injury Medical Chronologies: After completing an evaluation, it is your responsibility to generate a thorough medical chronology that can be used in a personal injury claim, encompassing all treatment dates extracted from the provided records and relevant medical details.
- Organize Documents to Create a Personal Injury Medical Chronology: Gather all related documents for each file, match them by content, and systematically arrange them to ensure well-structured and organized exhibits.
- Analyze Medical Records in a Legal Context: Engage in extensive medical analysis for a legal purpose. You will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of an injured victim’s past and current medical treatment.
- Quality Assurance of Summaries: Analyzing the generated medical summaries to ensure all relevant medical details are included and to verify the accuracy and precision of all referenced information.
- Research Medical Abbreviations: Analysis of abbreviated terms found in medical records and identifying the corresponding unabbreviated terms within the appropriate medical context. You will be tasked with replacing abbreviated terms with their unabbreviated counterparts in the medical chronology.
- Review and Quality Assurance of Personal Injury Medical Chronologies: Proactively assess and ensure the quality of medical chronologies in outgoing documents.
