Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 9 Years of project management work-related experience or High School Diploma/ GED and 13 years of project management work-related experience
Responsibilities
- Create / Staff / Lead Project Organization.
- Establish and maintain communications among all project/programs stakeholders.
- Assure Excellence in Project Planning.
- Assure Excellence in Project Execution.
- Excellent Leadership, Development, Mentoring of PM’s and PC’s Roles.
- Expert Presentation / Interpersonal Skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Expertise in Project Management with generation facilities project experience, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving; Project related work experience; Risk Management; Employee Management/Development
- Leadership and Oversight
- Project Management Center of Excellence recommends PMP within 24 months of placement
- Utility Experience; Construction Management knowledge; Expertise in project related Scheduling, Cost Controls, Quality, Risk; Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety measures/controls
