Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, enterprise consulting, or cross-functional project delivery within SaaS or tech, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept through execution with limited direction
  • Familiarity with enterprise RFPs, onboarding workflows, or go-to-market pilots in a B2B context
  • A strong bias for action and a builder’s mindset—you structure ambiguity into clarity and bring others with you
  • Ability to communicate confidently with executives, while also working hands-on with frontline team members
  • Fluency in Slides, Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar) to drive insights and alignment
  • A consultative and customer-oriented approach that balances long-term strategy with short-term urgency
  • Experience mentoring or enabling peers, especially in fast-moving or cross-functional contexts
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, unblocking mentality—you don’t wait to be told where to add value
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and models a culture of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of enterprise pilots, RFPs, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, executive expectations, and commercial outcomes (30%)
  • Own stakeholder coordination across functions, bringing together Product, Ops, Engineering, Strategic Accounts, and other teams to ensure clarity of roles, accountability, and timelines (20%)
  • Proactively manage risks and remove blockers, escalating only when needed and maintaining momentum through ambiguity (15%)
  • Translate executive objectives into operational project plans, with clear milestones, owners, KPIs, and reporting structures (10%)
  • Build and maintain program reporting frameworks, surfacing key insights and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders (10%)
  • Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts, feeding learnings into engagement playbooks and repeatable delivery models (10%)
  • Support and mentor program contributors, bringing structure, documentation, and clarity to collaborative projects across departments (5%)
