Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience editing or producing all-news, or podcast programming
- Highly skilled in writing and copy editing as you will be the editorial and technical lead on a multi-genre podcast portfolio
- Strong digital journalism skills and social media experience
- Ability to make the right decisions during breaking news situations as well as during routine shifts
Responsibilities
- Manage production calendars and weekly recording schedules
- Coordinate guest appearances with the booker; prepare pre-interview notes
- Conduct research to support episode content and host prep
- Collaborate on edits and sound design decisions
- Oversee social media strategy in conjunction with EP
- Monitor audience feedback and performance analytics
