Responsibilities
- Compile and evaluate purchasing trends and supplier KPIs to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Support sourcing initiatives with data-backed recommendations that enhance value and supplier alignment.
- Partner with Procurement and Construction Operations to align purchasing strategies with project goals and optimize spend.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or timelines.
- Conduct community audits to validate material takeoffs and ensure procurement accuracy at the community level.
