Requirements
- Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in Agile and Scrum frameworks. Exposure to insurance, IT operations, or data-driven and compliance-focused environments is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and confidently lead discussions.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, set clear timelines, and manage resources effectively.
- Budget and Account Management: Monitor account-level financials and project budgets. Maintain scope integrity while translating outcomes into client value. Anticipate client needs and identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicating with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives.
- Team Coordination: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams—including statistical analysts and developers—to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Agile and Scrum Implementation: Organize and facilitate sprint planning sessions to define priorities and set deliverables for each cycle.
- Daily Stand-ups: Conducting daily stand-up meetings to track progress, identify blockers, and ensure team alignment.
- Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives: Leading sprint review meetings to showcase completed work and gather feedback, and conducting retrospectives to discuss what went well and what can be improved.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Project Completion: Planning and executing on time delivery of project completion.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance, capture lessons learned, and contribute to refining internal processes for ongoing improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
