Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other applicable field.
- 8 – 10 years of corporate recruiting experience and 5 years managing a team.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and overseeing the work of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) vendor.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proven track record of successfully managing RPO projects from initiation to completion.
- Proven experience as a Lead, Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment strategies, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Results-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including managing the regional TA team, contractors & RPO support staff members.
- Drive performance and results and continuous improvement in recruitment processes through data, metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives within the assigned region.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on sourcing and selection strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their continuous growth and development.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values accountability, integrity, respect, diversity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality of work.
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Evaluate and streamline the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, improve candidate experience, and reduce time-to-fill and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, job boards, professional networks, and other relevant platforms.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities to promote the company’s employer brand and attract potential candidates and represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events to establish connections and expand the talent pool.
- When needed, manage a small req load (full life cycle).
