Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale data center operations, with at least 7–10 years in a similar role.
- Expertise in managing diverse teams, projects, and multi-site operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, cooling, and hardware systems.
- Experience with capacity planning, budgeting, and reducing operational costs while maintaining reliability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards, including ISO, OSHA, or other relevant certifications.
- Willingness to be hands-on and available to support operations during critical situations.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of Crusoe’s data centers, ensuring 99.9% uptime and SLA compliance.
- Develop, monitor and maintain infrastructure performance metrics to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Optimize operational processes to reduce costs and improve scalability across multiple sites.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of operations staff, including technicians and engineers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Develop clear performance goals and career growth plans for the team.
- Manage the lifecycle of hardware, from procurement to decommissioning.
- Design and implement policies for safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Develop and refine incident response protocols and disaster recovery strategies.
- Drive automation and innovation to streamline operations and reduce downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, implementing best practices for data center management and delivery.
- Oversee the on-call support structure to address critical issues promptly and ensure minimal disruption.
