Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral program (with an APA approved clinical internship)
- One-year relevant post-doctoral experience
- Must be fully licensed or licensable within 60 days to practice as a Psychologist in Kansas & Missouri
- Demonstrated experience providing brief therapy to individuals, couples, and groups
- Demonstrated strong clinical and crisis management skills, including ability to work with high acuity clients with complex mental health need
- Demonstrated multicultural competence in mental health service provision
- Experience designing and implementing outreach programs and psychoeducational workshops
- Experience providing clinical consultation
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- PSYPACT credentialed or eligible (https://psypact.gov/)
Responsibilities
- Deliver initial psychological evaluations, triage, treatment, and psychoeducation for healthcare professionals at the Professional Well-Being Center.
- Provide counseling services (individual, couples, and group) both in-person and via telehealth.
- Offer consultations and lead outreach presentations for staff and departments.
- Support strategic wellness initiatives aimed at fostering a healthy and inclusive work environment for medical professionals.
- Participate in crisis response efforts (without on-call duties).

- Two or more years post-doctoral clinical experience, preferred
