Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant People/HR experience or relevant business/strategic consulting
  • Self-motivated and agile individual with a proactive mindset
  • Strategy & Business Acumen: Understand business context, anticipate trends, and apply systems thinking to diagnose problems and enable solutions
  • Data/People Analytics: Experience in the use of metrics and analytics in a way that drives business performance. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau
  • Business Partnering: Organizationally savvy and can leverage consulting skills to effectively influence the business
  • Quick Learner: Prior success working independently in fast-paced, adaptable, and flexible situations while driving strategic initiatives, delivering results, and resolving issues
  • Team Player: Strong experience building relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and collaborating across diverse business backgrounds and cultures
  • Effective Communicator: Demonstrates excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills with various internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or contribute to complex projects driving the people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee experience process/system improvements and change management
  • Collaborate across the People operating model for effective deployment of People strategies and activities
  • Adapt swiftly to changing business needs by being deployed to critical priorities and projects as required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including People colleagues, business leaders, employees, and external partners
  • Utilize People analytics and insights to inform decision-making, measure the impact of interventions, and continuously improve People processes and practices
  • Anticipate challenges and opportunities by proactively identifying potential issues, risks, and trends, and developing proactive solutions and strategies to address them before they escalate
  • Take a leadership role in creating a respectful & inclusive work environment while role-modeling the BMS Values and fostering geographical and cultural diversity
  • Drive outcomes through a culture of continuous improvement within the People function and across the organization.
