Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage at least one Sales Support function, which may include Product Solutions, Case Design and Marketing, and/or Advanced Marketing.
- Promote sales within assigned channels and/or product lines through various Sales Support functions.
- Coordinate the design, development and distribution of sales materials.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external clients. Respond to customer questions and research and resolve problems.
- Manage associates giving work direction, training and performance feedback. Make compensation, hiring and termination decisions.
- Other duties as assigned.
